This potion can be concocted once Geralt obtains the receptura from Triss. It can be made with cieniokost or any other alchemy ingredients that contain fulgur such as Embrion endriagi. Despite what is said in the Journal entry, Eliksir mangusta offers excellent protection against any poison. It is very useful when fighting the Królowa endriag, for instance.
