Płatnerz will appear once the Zamek Mont Crane have been liberated from the Hanse bandits. He can craft items, and may comment on the very well armed bandits.
He is very grateful for Geralt's help ridden them all from Filibert, offering preferential prices. The armorer sells an extensive collection of armor, glyphs and crafting items, and his pouch of gold is filled to the brim.
