This key is found in the Nilfgaardzki Garnizon in Biały Sad at the corpse hidden at the northeastern watch of the garrison. This key unlocks the gate to the garrison's make-shift operating room.
Under the bridge to this watch is the right side pathway to the entrance of the garrison where Geralt can often see men doing push-ups. In order to get here (above), Geralt must find a broken open 'window' at the end of the operating room of the garrison, and then climb over it. Once landed on the wooden platform on the other side, Geralt must jump over to this bridge from there. After reaching it, one will notice that at the left side is the gate to the operating room, while at the right side of the bridge at the end of it, is the northeastern watch where there is a barrel, a bag, and the said corpse.
